Customers in Canada

Eligibility

Chill Moms Club accepts returns of unworn, unwashed or defective garments in their original condition, with the original tag attached, within 14 days of receiving your order. Items on sale are final sale.

How to return an item

  1. Email returns@chillmomsclub.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) back, with your order number written on the package.

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Packages returned with COD (cash on delivery) may be refused, or the COD amount may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We don't offer exchanges; you're welcome to place a new order in the correct style or size.

Promotions and bundles

Different return conditions may apply when a promotion, discount or special offer was used. For bundle offers (e.g. Buy X, Get X Free) or volume-based discounts, partial returns may be refused or adjusted to reflect the original promotional value.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return. You will receive a refund notification by email.

Withdrawal period

You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from your purchase, including items on sale.

How to return an item

  1. Email returns@chillmomsclub.com with your order number, or use the withdrawal form below.
  2. We'll send you the return address.
  3. Ship the item(s) back within 14 days of your withdrawal request.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Condition of items

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with their original tag. Any item that has been worn, washed or damaged and cannot be resold will be subject to a depreciation of up to 100% of its value and will not be refunded.

Promotions and bundles

For bundle offers or volume discounts, partial returns are refunded in proportion to the discount applied.

Refunds

Refunds (items and standard delivery fee) are issued within 14 days, after the items have been received and inspected, to the original payment method.

Defective items

Defective items are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years from delivery). Please contact us at returns@chillmomsclub.com; return costs are at our expense.
