Order processing
Orders are prepared and shipped from Montréal within 1–5 business days of being placed (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Customers in Canada
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more.
- For orders under $100, rates are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the service selected and your location. The estimated delivery date is shown at checkout.
Customers in France
Shipping rates
- €10 tracked shipping for orders under €100.
- Free shipping for orders from €100 to €150.
- For orders over €150, please contact us at contact@chillmomsclub.com before ordering.
Delivery times
Orders ship from Canada with full tracking and are delivered by La Poste. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.
Taxes and duties
All prices include VAT and customs duties. You will have nothing to pay on delivery.
Tracking and delivery

- Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.
